on the weather. It kind of rained on and off all day and was raining on my side of town. The stables are about 15 minutes away though so we thought what the heck...let's give it a try. I'm really glad we did because we had the perfect amount of time while there. The one horse that was out cooperated (he's always a nosy little thing) and one of the barn cats wanted to be included in the photo shoot...so cute!
I had a little challenge while there because my camera decided to stop focusing so I had to manually focus. It's quite challenging chasing a one-year-old, changing camera settings to adjust for light, or to get the affect that you want, etc..., and then to have to manually focus. I was pretty upset on the way home thinking that now is just not a good time to have to buy a new camera (or possibly it's the lens?) but since then it's only done that sporadically. Any other photogs out there had this issue??
I'll have some more sneak peeks up today if you're waiting:)

You did a great job with these! Especially with camera issues! My favorite lens (Nikkor 55mm) does that occasionally and it stinks. I can’t imagine manually focusing with a toddler...you pulled it off nicely!
